Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Service and operator
AIstemify is an online audio-processing service operated by an individual developer under the AIstemify brand. It offers vocal and instrumental separation, music stem separation, lead and backing vocal separation, noise and reverb reduction, and selected audio utilities. Available features, file limits, output formats and processing costs are shown in the application. Contact: [email protected].
2. Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Use the service only where you can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. Do not use stolen accounts, evade processing limits, interfere with the service, submit malicious files, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Access may be restricted where necessary to investigate abuse or protect other users; billing issues should be raised with support.
3. Your audio and output rights
Upload only audio you own or are authorized to process. You retain the rights you hold in your source material. You authorize us and our processing providers to store, transmit and process files as needed to deliver the requested service, secure the system and respond to support requests. Separation does not remove copyright, create a music licence, or guarantee permission to publish or commercially use an output. Obtain the permissions required for your intended use.
4. Credits and payment
The service uses one-time prepaid credit packs, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Every AI model costs 1 credit per minute of source audio, rounding leftover seconds below 30 down and 30 or more up, with a minimum charge of 1 credit per file. Examples: 20 seconds = 1 credit; 80 seconds = 1 credit; 90 seconds = 2 credits. Credits and bonus credits are usable only for AIstemify processing and are not cash or transferable currency. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The actual payment provider is identified at checkout and on your receipt. Test-labelled checkouts are not real purchases. We do not collect full card numbers or security codes.
5. Processing, downloads and refunds
AI processing may leave artifacts, remove desired sounds or fail to separate a source cleanly. Results depend on the input and model; we do not promise perfect isolation, a particular listening quality, or completion within a fixed time. Preview results and download important files promptly. The service is not permanent file storage. Retention is described in the Privacy Policy. Credit corrections for failed tasks and refunds of purchases are different processes; purchase requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Existing purchase rights are not removed by later changes to pricing.
6. Changes, responsibility and contact
We may update features and these terms as the service changes. The published version will state its effective date, and material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. Applicable mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not replace a payment provider's mandatory buyer protections. Contact [email protected] about service problems, rights concerns or account assistance.
